Across The Bay

Enjoy a cruise in the Bay to view the dolphins, whales, seals and penguins closeup. Take a fishing trip to Cape Point, and indulge in deep sea fishing, or catch and enjoy some of our world famous crayfish.

From June to November the whales pay us their annual visit and these can be seen and heard from our accommodation.

Travel along the coastal road for one of the most magnificent drives in the country, looking across False Bay to
Cape Point. Along your journey stop at Hermanus, world famous for its spectacular whale watching and the worlds only whale crier. Return via Sir Lowreys Pass and stop at World’s View for a dramatic overview of the entire Helderberg region.

Sample from local award winning wines and picnic under the oak trees, as you are a mere half hours drive from the world famous winelands of Stellenbosch and wine routes beyond.

Within easy driving distances are the many other delights to be sampled in Cape Town, from ascending Table Mountain in the cable car to shopping in Cape Town’s exclusive Waterfront boutiques.
