We provide bed & breakfast or self-catering, sleeps eight in four double bedrooms with TV and tea/coffee facilities.
There are four double bedrooms, two en-suite, a separate shower/toilet outside two bedrooms. All rooms have TV and the lounge have TV/ DVD and a video player.
There are over 500 books in English and a few in Afrikaans in the Library and a grand piano in another reception room. The large kitchen and breakfast room is equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, a dishwasher, washing machine, a tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer. We also have an internal braai (BBQ) room, with another portable BBQ set for outside use. This room overlooks the palm-fringed and solar-heated pool. The room also has a double sofa bed with a connecting bathroom with a free standing bath and shower.
There are many wine estates and restaurants within Paarl and a great number of them are highly recommended for its superb cuisine. Car parking is secure behind electronic gate. This elegant and stylish house stands at 367 sq metres (3,950 sq. ft).

| AttractionsPaarl is the venue for a number of annual events such as the Paarl Shiraz Festival, Paarl Cultivaria Festival, the Nederburg Wine Auction and lastly, Pinotage On Tap which is held outside Paarl. The Paarl Wine Route contains many wonderful vineyards to sample the many red and white wines as well as cheeses and olives and enjoy a set dinner when fabulous views emerge. Laborie, Backsberg, Avondale, Glen Carlou and Fairview are just a few of the wine estates nearby. Most wine estates have cellar tours as well as wine tasting.
